Return & Exchange Policy

We gladly accept returns within 14 days from the delivery date. Returns requested after this period will not be processed.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Products must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and unwashed.
  • TROUSER9 reserves the right to deny any refund, exchange, or store credit if the returned item does not meet our quality standards.

Exclusions

  • Final Sale and Sample Sale items are not eligible for return or refund.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for a different size or color, pending availability.

  • If the desired item is unavailable, you will receive a store credit for the value of the original purchase.
  • Store credit does not expire and can be used toward any future purchase.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Email us at info@trouser9.com to request a return or exchange authorization.
  2. Please allow up to 2 business days for approval.
  3. Once approved, you will receive detailed return instructions.
  4. After the return is received and inspected, please allow 2-3 business days for processing.
  5. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of processing.

Store Credit Option

  • If you choose store credit instead of a refund, we’ll cover the return shipping cost.
  • Store credit is processed immediately once the return is approved and does not expire.
