Return Policy

We will gladly accept returns within 14 days from the delivery date. Returns requested after this time frame will not be processed.

Note: Final Sale & Sample Sale items are not refundable. 

Items returned must be in original condition with tags and packaging intact. Products must be unused, unworn, undamaged and unwashed. 

Trouser 9, LTD reserves the right to deny any refund, exchange or store credit if the item returned is not in the original condition or did not meet our quality standards. 

The Process

Email us at info@trouser9.com to request a return authorization. Please allow up to 2 business days to receive approval. Once it reaches our warehouse, please allow 2-3 business days for processing. Refunds take about 10 business days to be released back to your bank.
