As a fashion designer and founder, staying inspired is essential to my creative process. No matter where I live, I’ve always made it a priority to explore the beauty around me — and in Philadelphia, there’s no shortage of hidden gems. Recently, I had the chance to visit the Rodin Museum, and let me tell you, it felt like a quick European getaway right in the heart of the city.

A Little Piece of Europe in Philly

Philadelphia might get a bad rap sometimes — especially with how passionate (okay, maybe a little intense) our Eagles fans can be — Go Birds! 🦅 But beyond the game day energy, Philly has so much quiet beauty to offer. The Rodin Museum is a perfect example of that.

As soon as I walked through the tall, ornate gates and into the peaceful sculpture garden, I was transported. The elegant architecture, the carefully manicured garden, and the stunning sculptures by Auguste Rodin made me feel like I had stepped into a courtyard in Paris. It was a reminder that beauty and inspiration are often closer than we think — we just have to take the time to seek them out.

What I Wore

I wore the Didi Pant— a classic, our classic black pant that’s as versatile as it is stylish. The crisp lines and structured fit made me feel put-together but still effortless, perfect for a day of exploring. It’s one of those core pieces that you can dress up or down — truly a foundation piece for any wardrobe.

Finding Creative Inspiration

As a designer, I’m always looking for new ways to keep my creativity flowing. Seeing the detail and emotion in Rodin’s sculptures reminded me how important it is to slow down and take in the details. The way the light hit the stone, the textures of the sculptures, and the symmetry of the garden all sparked new ideas for my upcoming collections. Inspiration isn’t just about clothing — it’s about capturing a feeling and a story, and places like the Rodin Museum give me that creative reset.
